Extremely charming and comfortable 76 sq m apartment located in an antique, beautifully restored 1920s tenement house, overlooking the Motlawa River. Functional space consists of four rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and lobby. All rooms are very sunlight, double-sided, eastern and south-western exposures.
