Original, designed with flair and fantasy house with the body of a modern barn located in Rewa - a picturesque fishing village on the Bay of Puck and Mechelińskie Łąki nature reserve.

Great location providing peace and quiet and allowing to commune with nature. The place is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. It is here that the famous promontory is located - a narrow section of the beach, cutting deep into the water.

The house, with a total area of 231m2, is located on a small slope, descending towards the grassy Mechelinskie Meadows and the waters of the bay. The facade of the building is made of Scandinavian spruce. It was deliberately not impregnated, so that it would acquire a beautiful silver color during the patination process. The roof and the body of the garage are covered with sheet metal. Throughout the building underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The living area (183m2) is connected with the two-car garage by glass doors. This unusual solution will be especially appreciated by car fans. It allows you not to part with your beloved model.

The focal point of the house is the living room with spectacular glazing covering almost the entire northern wall of the building. This guarantees excellent lighting and allows you to enjoy the magnificent view. The height of the living room at its highest point is 8.5 meters. Another element of the first floor is a large, well-equipped kitchen that allows you to create real culinary masterpieces. Its complement is a capacious pantry. Another important and extremely practical room is the laundry and drying room. On the lower floor there are still a bathroom with a shower and a study, which also serves as a guest room. This room has a separate, independent entrance.

A "levitating" staircase leads to the first floor. There are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower that has a sauna function. In addition, there is a huge terrace overlooking the bay, taking up the entire roof area of the garage. It can be accessed from two rooms. The third overlooks a small balcony.
