Luxury home located on a quiet street, in a prestigious location. This seaside part of Gdynia Orłowo, located just a few hundred meters from the beach, is characterized by single-family buildings, idyllic atmosphere, tranquility, and at the same time proximity to many service and commercial points. In the ground floor, an additional apartment has been organized with a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and a guest bathroom. The bathroom also serves as a spa.
The 3 x 6-meter swimming pool is heated, illuminated and with a counter-current for swimming. A three-person Jacuzzi and an infrared sauna are located in a separate room by the pool. There is also direct access from the pool to the patio and garden, through large glass doors.

A large single-car garage, a large basement under the garage and an additional parking space with the possibility of a canopy behind the house complete the offer. It is worth mentioning that photovoltaic panels and a heat pump have been installed, which reduces utility costs. In turn, air conditioning provides comfort in the summer.
